Here's what I submitted for Craft Victoria's Green Christmas...
I know it's only a wee photo but thanks to Beck for photographing it and putting it on the header page.
It's made from old exhibition invitations stuck together with PVA dyed with green food colouring.
Just a few things on the cards...
An exhibition at the fabulous pablo fanque in Sydney (Yes, finally a new contemporary jewellery gallery in Sydney). Which will then travel to Seventh Gallery in Fitzroy, Melbourne in late Feb. So if you're in either of these two cities, please drop in and have an 'in the flesh' look at the things I made in Estonia.
I also have a show at Craft Victoria later in the year, there's a jewellery conference in Adelaide in January, I'm giving a workshop at the Fibres Ballarat textile forum in April (I told her I wasn't a textile artist but she was insistent), there'll be major studio renovations, I've got a new machine to play with, a new range of work underway using the stones I bought in Idar-Oberstein, I've been invited to exhibit in the RMIT alumni show, I have an Estonian to boss around for a year, and I feel completely disorganised.
