not really, but rejection is hard to deal with.
I applied for funding to undertake a residency in Estonia and I found out I didn't get it this morning. I've been so excited about it and (stupidly) a little bit too confident so I'm quite devastated. I've been offered a three month residency by The Estonian Academy and had been thinking all along that if I didn't get the funding I would try and self-fund so I still might go...

You're right. After sleeping on it, I realise of course I have to go. Also, the residency is one of the reasons I started up this blog so I'm committed now!

Trust ozco not to appreciate a garage-sailing based arts practice!!! Go guerilla art instead! heaps more fun and worthwhile than jumping though stoopid bureaucratic hoops.
Rejection would be the hardest part for me to deal with since I experienced that once in my life.
