'Reef' earrings #2

here's another pair from the 'reef' series.





These were made for a friend and are made from silver and turquoise. I prefer to blacken the silver because I find that silver earrings turn black from skin acid very quickly and to clean these properly requires re-beading them which is costly.

this pair were the first I made and I incorporated a straight hook. It seems that customers prefer an articulated hook (see previous post) I'd be interested in your thoughts
